Kind of grapes: 45% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeu and 15% Parellada.
Elaboration and ageing:
Made only from the best grapes chosen from our vineyards. Aged in the cavas penumbra from 48 months in cava, it is a selection of the best "vintage", chosen from the best harvests and decollated when ordered so it reaches the customer at its best condition.

Color: Yellow straw with golden tones and small bubble, it makes a perfect crown.
Nose: Its fruity, clean aromas have an ageing note.
Mouth: It is well-matured, dry, clean and intense and on the tongue. Balanced, long and full of subtlety.
Enjoying time: Grilled red meat, game such as pheasant, partridge, hare or quail, ham and starters with oysters, crayfish, etc.
