Note of tasting: yellow golden color, with light green, clean and brilliant tones. Floral aromas. Citric memories and to fresh fruits, with a light touch of butter. Very long in mouth, fresh air, balanced good and with very much body.
Recommendations: it combines well with fish in sauce, to the grill, fish stews and fresh seafood.
Temperature of service: to serve between 6ºC-8ºC
