Vineyard Location: from vineyards in Laturce
Mountain.

Wine making process: After the picking up of the grapes with -8º in our vineyards
place in Laturce Mountain at 800m high, we make the pressed in the vineyard with the grapes still iced to get all the fruit´ essence. After that we make the maceration in American oak barrels in lees for six months, with a temperature always under 15ºC

Tasting Notes: displaying rich tropical aromas with intense fruit flavors on the palate, the sweetness of the wine is balanced by the natural high acidity, resulting in a unique taste experience.

Service Temperature: Serving temperature between 8º and 10º for snacks and desserts
